Service Terms and Conditions

Chapter 1: General Provisions
Article 1 [Purpose]
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to prescribe the rights, obligations and responsibilities of Eastwood Records and users regarding the use of digital content (hereinafter referred to as "Content") and all sorts of services provided online by Eastwood Records.

Article 2 [Definition]
Terms used in these Terms and Conditions are as follows.
1. "Eastwood Records" refers to the person who conducts economic activities related to the "Content" industry and provides contents and all sorts of services.
2. "User" refers to a member or a non-member who accesses the site of "Eastwood Records" and uses the "Content" and all sorts of services provided by "Eastwood Records" in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
3. "Member" refers to a person who enters into a contract with "Eastwood Records" and is given a "User" ID, and a person who is continuously provided with information of "Eastwood Records" and is able to continue to use the services provided by "Eastwood Records".
4. "Non-member" refers to a person who is not a "Member" and uses services provided by "Eastwood Records".
5. "Content" refers to the thing produced or processed in electronic form to enhance utility in its preservation and use, as material or information which is expressed in the form of codes, texts, sounds, sounds, images or videos used in the information communication network pursuant to Article 2, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 1 of Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection.
6. "ID" refers to a combination of letters or numbers approved by "Eastwood Records" for identification and service use of "Member"
7. "PASSWORD" refers to a combination of letters or numbers determined by "Member" in order to confirm "Member" that matches "ID" given to the "Member" and secure the confidentiality of the Member.

Article 3 [Provision of identification information, etc.]
"Eastwood Records" shall post the contents of these Terms and Conditions, firm name, the name of representative, office location address, (including the address that can handle the consumer’s complaint), telephone number, fax number, e-mail address, company registration number, communication sales business report number and personal information management officer, etc. on the initial screen of online service so that the user can easily understand: Provided, That Terms and Conditions may enable the users to see through the connection screen.

Article 4 [Posting of Terms and Conditions, etc.]
① "Eastwood Records" shall take technical measures to enable Members to print all of these Terms and Conditions and to confirm the contents of relevant Terms and Conditions during the course of transaction.
② "Eastwood Records" shall establish a technical device so that "User" can inquire and respond to the contents of these Terms and Conditions with "Eastwood Records".
③ "Eastwood Records" shall obtain confirmation of "user" by providing separate connection screen or pop-up screen so that "User" can easily understand important contents such as withdrawal of the subscription, refund conditions, etc. of the contents prescribed in Terms and Conditions before "User" agrees to Terms and Conditions

Article 5 [Revision of Terms and Conditions, etc.]
① "Eastwood Records" may revise these provisions within the range that does not violate the related laws such as Act for the Development of Online Digital Contents Industry, Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce etc. and Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions
② If "Eastwood Records" revises the Terms and Conditions, it shall specify the application date and reason for revision, and notify on the initial service screen along with the current conditions for considerable periods after the application date from 7 days prior to the effective date, and transfer the revised Terms and Conditions to existing members by e-mail address.
③ If "Eastwood Records" revises the Terms and Conditions, it shall confirm whether or not "User" agrees to the application of the revised Terms and Conditions after notifying the revised Terms and Conditions. If "User" does not agree to the application of the revised Terms and Conditions. "Eastwood Records" or "User" may terminate Content Use Agreement. At this time, "Eastwood Records" shall compensate for the damages of "User" caused by termination of contract.

Article 6 [Interpretation of Terms and Conditions]
The matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions and the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Act for the Development of Online Digital Contents Industry, Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce etc, Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Guidelines for Protection of Digital Content Users as Specified by the Minister of Information and Communication, other relevant laws and regulations or commercial practices.

Chapter 2 Membership
Article 7 [Membership]
① After "User" agrees to the contents of the Terms and Conditions and applies for membership, membership shall be concluded by acceptance of "Eastwood Records" about the application
② Membership application form shall be included the following matters. 1 to 3 are mandatory, and others are optional.
1. "Member"’s name or personal identification number on the Internet
2. "ID" and "PASSWORD"
3. E-mail address
4. Type of "Content" wanted to use
5. Other matters that "Eastwood Records" considers necessary
③ "Eastwood Records" shall, in principle, approve membership of the "User" above: Provided, That "Eastwood Records" may not accept the application that falls under any of the following subparagraphs:
1. Where the applicant has previously lost his or her membership status pursuant to these Terms and Conditions
2. Where the applicant is not a real name or uses someone's name
3. Where the applicant enters false information or does not enter what Eastwood Records offers
4. Where approval is not possible due to reasons attributable to user or apply by violating other prescribed matters
④ "Eastwood Records" may reserve the approval where there is no room for the facilities related to the service, or where there is a technical or business problem.
⑤ Where it does not approve or reserve the application for membership pursuant to Paragraphs 3 and 4, "Eastwood Records" shall notify the applicant thereof. Where "Eastwood Records" can not notify to the applicant without reasons attributable to "Eastwood Records", it shall be the exception.
⑥ Establishment time of the membership contract shall be the time when the consent of "Eastwood Records" reaches "User".

Article 8 [Special Provisions on Membership of Minors]
① The "User" who is under the age of 14 years shall fully aware of the purpose for the collection and use of personal information, and shall apply for membership and provide personal information after obtaining the consent of the legal representative such as a parent, etc.
② Eastwood Records shall cancel or deny membership for "User" under the age of 14 years who has not undergone confirmation procedures for the consent of legal representative.
③ A legal representative such as a parent, etc. of "User" under the age of 14 years may ask view, correction or renewal of personal information about a child, or withdraw his/her consent to join the membership. In such case, "Eastwood Records" shall take the necessary measure without delay.

Article 9 [Change of Member Information]
① "Member" may view and modify his/her personal information at any time through the personal information management screen.
② Where the matters entered at the time of application for membership are changed, "Member" shall modify online or notify the changed matters to "Eastwood Records" by e-mail or other methods.
③ "Eastwood Records" shall not be responsible for the disadvantages caused by not notifying the changed matters in Paragraph 2 to "Eastwood Records".

Article 10 [Obligation for Management of "ID" and "PASSWORD" of "Member" ]
① The responsibility for the management of the "ID" and "PASSWORD" of "member" shall belong to "Member" and they shall not be used by a third party.
② "Member" shall immediately notify to "Eastwood Records" and follow the instructions of "Eastwood Records" where he/she recognizes that "ID" and "Password" are stolen or used by a third party.
③ In case of Paragraph 2, "Eastwood Records" shall not be responsible for the disadvantage caused by not notifying to "Eastwood Records" or not following the instructions of "Eastwood Records" even if "Member" notifies to "Eastwood Records".


Article 11 [Notification to "Members"]
① Where "Eastwood Records" notifies to "Member", it may be done by e-mail address designated by "Member".
② Where "Eastwood Records" notifies to the whole "Member", it may be substituted for the notification of Paragraph 1 by posting on the board of "Eastwood Records" for 7 days or more: Provided, That "Eastwood Records" shall notify according to Paragraph 1 for matters that have a significant effect on the transaction of "Member".

Article 12 [Withdrawal of Membership and Disqualification, etc]
① "Member" may request withdrawal at any time to "Eastwood Records", and "Eastwood Records" shall immediately process withdrawal from membership.
② Where "Member" falls under any of the following subparagraphs, "Eastwood Records" may limit and suspend membership.
1. Where "Member" registered false information at the time of application
2. Where "Member" do not fulfill the obligation of the member in connection with the use of services of "Eastwood Records" or other services of "Eastwood Records" on due date
3. Where "Member" threatens e-commerce orders, such as interfering with using others’ Eastwood Records services or stealing the information, etc.
4. Where "Member" does the actions prohibited by laws and ordinances or this Terms and Conditions or violated to public order or morals by using "Eastwood Records"
③ Where the same act is repeated twice or more or the reason is not corrected within 30 days after "Eastwood Records" restrict or suspend the membership, "Eastwood Records" may lose membership.
④ Where "Eastwood Records" loses membership, membership registration shall be cancelled. In this case, it shall notify to "Member" and give the chance to explain by setting a period of at least 30 days prior to the cancellation of the membership registration.

Chapter 3 Content Use Agreement
Article 13 [Posting of "Contents", etc.]
① "Eastwood Records" shall display the following matters on the initial screen of the "Content" or on the packaging thereof so that "User" can understand easily.
1. Name or title of "Content"
2. Production and display date of "Content"
3. Name (name of corporation in case of corporation), address, telephone number of "Content" producer
4. Contents, use method, fee and other use conditions of "Content"
② "Eastwood Records" shall provide "User" with the information about available devices and minimum technical specifications for use by "content" in the process of contracting.

Article 14 [Establishment of Use Contract]
① "User" shall apply for the use by following or similar procedure provided by "Eastwood Records". "Eastwood Records" shall provide information under the following subparagraphs so that the "User" can correctly understand and trade without mistakes or errors before the contract is concluded
1. View and select the "Content" list
2. Enter the name, address, phone number (or mobile phone number), e-mail address, etc.
3. Confirm the matters regarding the actions taken by the "Eastwood Records" against the "Content" which the contents of the Terms and Conditions and the cancellation of the subscription are impossible.
4. Display that agree to these Terms and Conditions and confirm or deny the matter of 3 subparagraph above (Eg, mouse click)
5. Confirm application for use of "Content" or consent to confirmation of "Eastwood Records"
6. Choose payment method
② "Eastwood Records" may not approve or suspend approval where the application for use of "User" falls under any of the following subparagraphs:
1. Where the applicant is not a real name or uses someone's name
2. Where the applicant enters false information or does not enter what Eastwood Records offers
3. Where a minor wants to use "Content" that is prohibited by Juvenile Protection Act
4. Where there is no room for service-related facilities, or there is technical or business problems
③ The consent of "Eastwood Records" shall be deemed to be established at the time of reaching "User" in the form of reception confirmation notification in Paragraph 1 of Article 16.
④ Declaration of intention of consent of "Eastwood Records" shall include information on confirmation of application for use of "User" and availability of providing service, information on correction and cancellation of application for use, etc.

Article 15 [Special Provisions on Use Contract of Minors]
"Eastwood Records" shall take measure to notify that where a minor user under the age of 20 wishes to use the paid service, the minor or legal representative can cancel the contract unless he or she obtains the consent of legal representative such as a parent. etc. or gets the confirmation after signing the contract.

Article 16 [Reception Confirmation Notification, Change and Cancellation of Use Application]
① "Eastwood Records" shall notify reception confirmation to "User" where there is an application for use of "User".
(2) "User" receiving reception confirmation notification may request the change and cancellation of use application immediately after receiving reception confirmation notification where there is any inconsistency in declaration of intention, etc. and "Eastwood Records" shall process according to the request without delay where there is a request before providing service: Provided, That where payment has already been made, it shall be subject to the provision of Article 27 concerning withdrawal of subscription.

Article 17 [Obligations of "Eastwood Records"]
① "Eastwood Records" shall be sincere in good faith to the exercise of rights and fulfillment of obligations prescribed by laws and ordinances and these Terms and Conditions
② "Eastwood Records" shall have a security system to protect personal information (including credit information) so that "User" can use "Content" safely and publicize and observe personal information protection policy.
③ "Eastwood Records" shall take measures so that "User" can check the content usage and payment details at any time. .
④ "Eastwood Records" shall handle without delay when the opinions or complaints raised from "User" in relation to use of contents are considered to be justifiable. For opinions or complaints submitted by the user, "Eastwood Records" shall use the bulletin board or send the process and result through e-mail.
⑤ "Eastwood Records" shall be liable for any damages incurred to "User" in violation of the obligations prescribed by these Terms and Conditions.

Article 18 [Obligations of "User"]
① "User" shall not do the following acts.
1. Enter false statements when applying or changing
2. Stealing of others’ Information
3. Changes to information posted on "Eastwood Records"
4. Sending or posting information (computer programs, etc.) prohibited by "Eastwood Records"
5. Infringement of intellectual property rights such as "Eastwood Records" and copyright of other third parties
6. Acts that damage honor of "Eastwood Records" and other third parties or interfere with business
7. Acts that disclose or post any information that is obscenity or violence words, images, sounds contrary to public order and morals on the site of "Eastwood Records"
8. Other illegal or unjustifiable acts
② "User" shall comply with the relevant laws and regulations, the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, the User's Guide, notices notified in relation to the "Content" and the matters notified by "Eastwood Records", and shall not engage in other acts that interfere with business of "Eastwood Records".

Article 19 [Payment Methods]
Payment methods of use of "Content" may be made by any of the following subparagraph: Provided, That "Eastwood Records" shall not collect any additional fees for payment method of "User".
1. Various account transfers such as phone banking, Internet banking, e-banking, etc.
2. Payment of various cards such as prepaid cards, debit cards, credit cards, etc.
3. Online bank transfer
4. Payment by electronic money
5. Payment by points paid by "Eastwood Records" such as mileage
6. Payment by gift certificate concluded with "Eastwood Records" or authorized by "Eastwood Records"
7. Payment by phone or mobile phone
8. Payment by other electronic payment methods, etc.

Article 20 [Provision and Suspension of Contents Service]
① Content service, in principle, shall be provided 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
② "Eastwood Records" may temporarily suspend the provision of content services where there is a maintenance, replacement and breakdown, of communication facilities such as computers, communication disconnection, or operational reasons. In this case, "Eastwood Records" shall notify to "User" in the manner specified in Article 11 [Notification to Members]: Provided, That where there is an unavoidable reason why "Eastwood Records" can not notify in advance, it may notify after that.
③ "Eastwood Records" shall compensate for damages incurred to "User" due to temporary interruption in the provision of content service without considerable reason: Provided, that this shall not be applied where "Eastwood Records" proves that there is no intention or negligence.
④ "Eastwood Records" may carry out periodical inspections when it is necessary to provide contents service, and regular inspections time shall follow the notification on the service providing screen.
⑤ Where the contents service can not be provided due to the conversion of the business item, the abandonment of the business, or the integration between the companies, "Eastwood Records" shall notify to "User" in the manner specified in Article 11 [Notification to Members] and compensate to "User" in accordance with the conditions originally set forth by "Eastwood Records": Provided, That where the "Eastwood Records" does not notify compensation standard, or where compensation standard is not appropriate, "mileage" or reserve money of "User" shall be paid to "User" in cash or in goods.

Article 21 [Change of Content Service]
① "Eastwood Records" may change the content services provided for operational and technological needs where there is a considerable reason.
② "Eastwood Records" shall post the reason for change, contents of service to be changed, and the date of presentation, etc. on the initial screen of the relevant content for 7 days or more before the change, in case of changing contents, use method, use time of contents service
③ Where the contents changed in the case of Paragraph 2 are serious or disadvantageous to "User", "Eastwood Records" shall notify to "user“in the manner specified in Article 11 [Notification to Members] and receive consent. At this time, "Eastwood Records" shall provide services before the change for "User" who refuses to consent: Provided, That where providing such a service is impossible, the contract can be terminated.
④ "Eastwood Records" shall compensate for any damages incurred to "user" due to the change of service under Paragraph 1 and the termination of contract under Paragraph 3.

Article 22 [Provision of Information and Posting of Advertisements]
① "Eastwood Records" may provide to "Member" various kinds of information that is considered necessary while "User" uses contents by way of notifications or e-mail, etc: Provided, That "Membership" may refuse to receive at any time by e-mail, etc.
(2) Where the information in Paragraph 1 is to be transmitted by telephone and Fax machine, it shall be transmitted under the prior consent of "Member".
③ "Eastwood Records" may post advertisements on content screens, homepages, e-mails, etc. in connection with "content" service provision. The "member" receiving the e-mail, etc. which post advertisement may refuse to receive it to "Eastwood Records".

Article 23 [Deletion of Posted Materials]
① "Eastwood Records" shall delete the harmful materials for the youth that violate the Act on Promotion of Information Network Usage and Information Protection etc on the bulletin board without delay: Provided, That this is not applied for bulletin boards that are available only to "User" over the age of 19.
② Any person who is infringed legal benefit due to the information posted on the bulletin board operated by "Eastwood Records" may ask "Eastwood Records" to delete the information or to post the contents of refutation. In this case, "Eastwood Records" shall take the necessary measures without delay and immediately notify to the applicant.

Article 24 [Ownership of Copyright, etc.]
① Copyrights and other intellectual property rights for works created by "Eastwood Records" shall belong to "Eastwood Records".
② Copyrights and other intellectual property rights for works provided by the partnership contract out of services provided by "Eastwood Records" shall belong to the provider.
③ "User" shall not use for commercial purposes or make a third party use by copy, transmission, publication, distribution, broadcast, or other methods of information attributed to "Eastwood Records" or the provider without the prior consent of "Eastwood Records" or the provider, out of the information obtained by using the services provided by "Eastwood Records"
④ "Eastwood Records" shall obtain the permission of "User" where using the work of "User" in accordance with the Terms and Conditions

Article 25 [Personal Information Protection]
① "Eastwood Records" may collect the minimum information necessary for contents use of "user" in addition to the matters described in the application form of Paragraph 1 of Article 7. To this end, "User" shall notify the truthful contents about the inquiry by "Eastwood Records".
② When collecting identifiable "personal information" of "User", "Eastwood Records" shall receive the consent of "user" concerned.
③ "Eastwood Records" shall not use the information provided in applications for use, etc. by "User" and the information collected by paragraph 1 for purposes other than the purpose without the consent of "User" or shall not provide it to any third party, and in case of violation of it, "Eastwood Records" shall be liable; Provided, That it is not applied in the following cases.
1. Where provided in an unidentifiable form of specific individuals as required for statistical writing, academic research or market research.
2. Where necessary for the settlement of fees according to the provision of "Content"
3. Where necessary for identity in order to prevent theft
4. Where there is an unavoidable reason prescribed by laws and ordinances and Terms and Conditions
④ Where required to obtain the consent of "User" pursuant to Paragraphs 2 and 3, "Eastwood Records" shall specify and notify matters prescribed by Paragraph 2 of Article 22 of Act on the Promotion of Information Network Usage and Information Protection, etc. concerning the identity of the person in charge of "Personal Information" (position, name, phone number and other contact information) purpose of collection and use of information, relevant information provided to a third party (the person to be provided, purpose of providing, and contents of information to be provided), etc.
⑤ "User" may withdraw the consent of Paragraph 3 at any time.
⑥ "User" may request view and correction of errors of his/her "personal information" owned by "Eastwood Records" at any time, and "Eastwood Records" shall have an obligation to take necessary measures without delay. Where "User" requests correction of errors, "Eastwood Records" shall not use "personal Information" until correcting the error.
⑦ "Eastwood Records" shall minimize the number of administrators for the protection of personal information, and shall be liable for the damages caused by loss, theft, leakage, alteration of "personal information" of "User" including credit card and bank account.
⑧ "Eastwood Records" or anyone who has been provided "Personal Information" from it may use "Personal Information" within the range agreed by "User", and if the purpose is accomplished, it will destroy "Personal Information" without delay.
⑨ "Eastwood Records" shall strive to protect "personal information" of "User" as stipulated by related laws such as Act on the Promotion of Information Network Usage and Information Protection. The protection and use of "personal information" shall be governed by the related laws and ordinances and the personal information protection policy of "Eastwood Records".

Chapter 4 Withdrawal of Subscription, Cancellation and Termination of Contract, Restriction of Use

Article 26 [Withdrawal of Subscription of "User" and Cancellation and Termination of Contract]
① "User" who has concluded a contract with "Eastwood Records" for the use of "Content" may withdraw the subscription within 7 days from the date of the receipt confirmation notification: Provided, That where "Eastwood Records" takes any of the following subparagraphs, the right of withdrawal of "User" may be restricted.
1. Where included facts about "Content" that can not withdraw subscription
2. Where provided product for trial
3. Where provided a method of temporary or partial use.
② "User" may cancel or terminate Content Use Agreement within 3 months from the date of receiving provision of relevant "Content" or within 30 days from the date of knowing the fact or being able to know when there is any reason that falls under any of the following subparagraphs:
1. Where not provided "Content" agreed in Use Agreement
2. Where "content" provided is different or markedly different from display, advertisement, etc.
3. Where it is not possible to use normally due to other defects of "Content"
③ The withdrawal of subscription under Paragraph 1 and the cancellation and termination of contract under Paragraph 2 shall be effective when "User" indicates the intention to "Eastwood Records" by telephone, e-mail or Fax.
④ "Eastwood Records" shall reply to "User" without delay after receiving the indication of withdrawal of subscription or cancellation or termination of contract indicated by "User" pursuant to Paragraph 3
⑤ "User" may request full "Content" or recovery of defect of service use by designating a considerable period before the declaration of intention of cancellation or termination of contract for the reasons described in Paragraph 2

Article 27 [Effect of Withdrawal of Subscription, Cancellation and Termination of Contract of "User"]
① "Eastwood Records" shall refund the money in the same way as the payment within three 3 business days from the date of declaration of intention to withdraw of subscription by "User" or from the date of replying to declaration of intention to cancellation and termination of contract to "User", and if refunds are not possible in the same way, "Eastwood Records" shall notify in advance. In this case, if "Eastwood Records" delays the refund to "User", the delayed interest calculated by multiplying the delayed interest rate determined and announced by the Fair Trade Commission for the delayed period shall be paid.
② Where "Eastwood Records" refunds pursuant to Paragraph 1, "User" may refund after deducting the amount equivalent to the profits derived from the use of service.
③ When "User" pays for the goods, etc. as payment means such as credit card or electronic money, etc., "Eastwood Records" shall ask the provider who provided the payment method without delay to suspend or cancel the charge of the goods, etc. in refunding the above amount: Provided, That this may not be applied when the amount deduction under Paragraph 2 is required.
④ Where "Eastwood Record", "the person who paid the contents, etc." or "the person who concluded the content use contract with user" is not the same person, each person shall be jointly responsible for the performance of obligations related to the refund
⑤ "Eastwood Records" shall not claim to "User" for penalty or damages for withdrawal of subscription: Provided, That cancellation and termination of contract of "User" shall not affect claims for damages.

Article 28 [Cancellation and Termination of Contract and Restrictions of Use of Eastwood Records]
① "Eastwood Records" may restrict the use of the service by canceling or terminating the contract or setting the period without prior notice when "User" has performed the act prescribed in Paragraph 2 of Article 12.
② The cancellation and termination under Paragraph 1 shall be effective when "Eastwood Records" indicates the intention to "User" in accordance with the notice method decided by "Eastwood Records"
③ With regard to the cancellation and termination and restriction of use of "Eastwood Records", "User" may file an objection in accordance with the procedures set by "Eastwood Records". Where "Eastwood Records" acknowledges that the objection is justified, "Eastwood Records" shall immediately resumes the use of services.

Article 29 [Effects of Cancellation and Termination of Eastwood Records]
The effects of cancellation and termination of use contract by reasons attributable to "user" shall apply mutatis mutandis Article 27: Provided, That "Eastwood Records" shall refund to "User" in the same manner as payment within 7 business days from the date of declaration of intention of the cancellation and termination of contract.

Chapter 5 Mistake Money, Damage Compensation, etc.

Article 30 [Mistake Money]
① "Eastwood Records" shall refund the full mistake money in the same way as the settlement of payment in the event of mistake money: Provided, That it shall notify in advance when refunds are not possible in the same way.
② Where there is a mistake money due to reasons attributable to "Eastwood Records", "Eastwood Records" shall refund the full mistake money regardless of contract fee or commission: Provided, That where there is mistake money due to reasons attributable to "User", "User" shall be responsible for the cost incurred to refund mistake money by the "Eastwood Records" within the reasonable extent.
③ "Eastwood Records" shall be responsible for proving that the use payment has been properly paid in the case of refusing the refund for the mistake money alleged by "User".
④ "Eastwood Records" shall handle the refund procedure of mistake money according to the Guidelines for Protection of Digital Content Users.

Article 31 [Compensation for User Damages by Content Defects]
"Eastwood Records" shall handle the criteria, scope, methods and procedures of user damage compensation due to content defects, etc. according to the Guidelines for Protection of Digital Content Users.

Article 32 [Exemption Clause]
① "Eastwood Records" shall not be liable for the provision of "Content" where it cannot provide "Content" due to natural disasters or equivalent force majeure.
② "Eastwood Records" shall not be liable for any obstacles to the use of content by reasons attributable to "User".
③ "Eastwood Records" shall not be liable for the contents, reliability, accuracy, etc. of the information, materials, and facts posted by "Members" in relation to the "Content".
④ "Eastwood Records" shall not be liable for any dispute arising between "User"and "User" or between "User" and a third party by "content".

Article 33 [Settlement of Dispute]
"Eastwood Records" shall take appropriate and prompt actions reflecting the justifiable opinions or complaints raised by "User" where a dispute occurs: Provided, That where prompt process is difficult, "Eastwood Records" shall notify the reason and the processing schedule to "User".
